• Infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the rights of others
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Transmit any viruses, worms, or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated systems to access the Platform without permission

5.1 Platform Content: All content on BotVila, including courses, tutorials, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of BotVila or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 User Content: You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Platform. By submitting content, you grant BotVila a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content in connection with the Platform.

5.3 Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Platform or included software without our express written permission.

6.1 Free and Paid Services: BotVila offers both free and paid subscription plans. Details of each plan are available on our pricing page.

6.2 Billing: For paid subscriptions, you agree to pay all fees according to the pricing and payment terms in effect at the time.

6.3 Refunds: Refund policies are specified at the time of purchase and may vary by subscription type.

6.4 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

7.1 "AS IS" Basis: The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

7.2 No Guarantee: BotVila does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

7.3 Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, BotVila shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9.1 By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature.

9.2 By BotVila: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in conduct that we deem inappropriate or harmful.

BotVila reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
